- Comment Il s'agit ici d'un crime contre les personnes, dont l'élément essentiel est l'exploitation (du travail ou sexuelle), sans qu'il soit prévu explicitement que la victime ait franchi une frontière. La traite des êtres humains fait l'objet d'une convention des Nations Unies adoptée en 1949.
