    I bhfeidhmiú na gcumhachtaí a thugtar dóibh le halt 9 den Acht Ráthaíocht Stáit, 1954 (Uimh. 9 de 1954), déanann an Rialtas leis seo an tOrdú seo a leanas ar leagadh dréacht de, de bhun an ailt sin, faoi bhráid gach Tí den Oireachtas agus ar rith gach teach acu sin rún ag ceadú an dréachta.

    The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 ( No. 9 of 1954 ), hereby make the following Order with respect to which, pursuant to that section, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House.

    Duine atá ina shealbhóir ar ghnáthcheadúnas iascaireachta lena n-údaraítear inneall iascaireachta de chineál a shonraítear i gcolún (3) de Chuid II den Cheathrú Sceideal a ghabhann leis, an bPríomh-Acht ag uimhreacha tagartha 1, 2,3,4,6, 7, 8 nó 9 a úsáid nó ceadúnas a eisíodh faoi chaibidil II de Chuid VI den Phríomh-Acht a bhaineann le líon tarraingthe agus atá i dteideal vótáil (i gceachtar cás).

    A person who is the holder of either an ordinary fishing licence authorising the use of a fishing engine of a kind specified in column (2) of Part II of the Fourth Schedule to the Principal Act at reference numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 or 9 or a licence issued under Chapter II of Part VI of the Principal Act and which relates to a draft net and who (in either case) is entitled to vote.
