- Comment Pour adopter, un couple doit être marié depuis plus de deux ans si l'un des époux a moins de 28 ans. Une personne seule peut adopter un enfant si elle a au moins 28 ans, 15 ans de plus que l'adopté ou 10 ans s'il s'agit de l'enfant du conjoint. Une personne mariée qui souhaite, seule, adopter un enfant, doit obtenir le consentement de son conjoint. Pour les époux séparés de corps, le consentement n'est pas nécessaire. Les concubins ou pacsés ne peuvent pas adopter ensemble, mais individuellement c'est possible, y compris pour les homosexuels.
