    Comment Les cinq principes de cette politique sont :- accorder la priorité à l’efficacité énergétique afin de soutenir le nouvel objectif de l’UE au titre de la directive sur l’efficacité énergétique ;- permettre la décarbonation de l’énergie à l’aide d’un soutien renforcé aux technologies à émissions de carbone faibles ou nulles, dans l’optique d’atteindre une part de 32 % d’énergies renouvelables dans l’ensemble de l’UE d’ici à 2030 ;- accroître les financements à l’appui de la production d’énergie décentralisée, du stockage énergétique innovant et de l’électromobilité ;- assurer la mise en œuvre des investissements dans les réseaux électriques essentiels pour les nouvelles sources d’énergie intermittentes comme le solaire ou l’éolien, tout en renforçant les interconnexions transfrontalières ;- renforcer l’impact des investissements afin de soutenir la transformation du secteur de l’énergie en dehors de l’UE.
