    Comment Der englische Ausgangsbegriff "assault" hat zumindest in Schottland eine so weite Bedeutung, dass sich im deutschen Strafrecht keine genaue Entsprechung findet. Er bezeichnet nicht nur eine (versuchte oder vollendete) Körperverletzung, sondern auch eine psychische Bedrohung. Dies erinnert zwar an den deutschen Begriff "Angriff", der unter Umständen auch als Übersetzung in Betracht kommt, allerdings handelt es sich dabei weder um einen konkreten Straftatbestand noch um einen Oberbegriff für mehrere Tatbestände, sondern um eine der Voraussetzungen der Notwehr (§ 32 StGB, http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/stgb/__32.html ). Man versteht darunter "die von einem Menschen drohende Verletzung rechtlich geschützter Interessen" (Köbler, Juristisches Wörterbuch, 15. Auflage 2012). Ein solcher Angriff kann sich nicht nur gegen Personen, sondern auch gegen Sachen richten. .     Comment Ergänzende Hinweise zur Definition: . Im Rahmen einer umstrittenen Reform des Sexualstrafrechts wurde § 177 StGB im Jahr 2016 völlig neu gefasst. Dabei wurden etliche neue Varianten der Tatbegehung formuliert, die aber möglicherweise auch schon vorher strafbar waren. Insbesondere sollte klarer zum Ausdruck gebracht werden, dass es ausreicht, wenn der Täter "gegen den erkennbaren Willen einer anderen Person" handelt ("nein heißt nein"). In der amtlichen Überschrift wurde der neue Begriff "sexueller Übergriff" geprägt. Insoweit ist offenbar keine Nötigungshandlung erforderlich. Die genaue Abgrenzung zur sexuellen Nötigung ist allerdings unklar, so dass nicht eindeutig ist, ob die oben angeführte Definition aus Abs. 5 (früher Abs. 1) noch gilt. . L’attentat à la pudeur n’est pas défini par la loi, mais par la jurisprudence et la doctrine, comme l’atteinte à l’intégrité sexuelle de la personne.
