    Nóta Ce comité traite des questions couverte par les chapitres 2 et 5 du titre I de la rubrique un de la deuxième partie de l’accord susmentionné, par le protocole concernant l’assistance administrative mutuelle en matière douanière et par les dispositions relatives au contrôle, par les autorités douanières, du respect des droits de propriété intellectuelle, aux redevances et impositions, à l’évaluation en douane et aux marchandises réparées.
