- Nóta enthält eine kurze Zusammenfassung des Falls und wird mit Zustimmung der direkt betroffenen Parteien im Amtsblatt veröffentlicht. Diese Möglichkeit der Einholung fallbezogener Informationen wurde von der Kommission erstmals 1992 in der Sache „Carlsberg“ genutzt. Im Gegensatz zu einer Bekanntmachung nach Artikel 19 Absatz 3 ist eine Carlsberg-Mitteilung neutral und gibt keinen Hinweis auf die vorläufige Position der Kommission.In Fusionsfällen ist die Kommission verpflichtet, die Tatsache der Anmeldung unter Angabe der Namen der Beteiligten, der Art des Zusammenschlusses und der betroffenen Wirtschaftszweige zu veröffentlichen

- Nóta The invitation contains a short summary of the case and is published in the Official Journal with the consent of the parties directly involved in the matter. This possibility of obtaining case-related information was first used by the Commission in the "Carlsberg" case in 1992. In contrast to an Article 19(3) notice [IATE:1899577 ], a Carlsberg notice is neutral and gives no indication on the orientation of the Commission. As regards mergers, the Commission is obliged to publish the fact that a merger has been notified, at the same time indicating the names of the parties, the nature of the concentration and the economic sector involved.

Cette invitation contient un bref résumé de l'affaire et est publiée au Journal officiel avec l'accord des parties concernées. La Commission a recouru à cette possibilité d'obtenir des renseignements relatifs à une affaire pour la première fois dans l'affaire "Carlsberg" en 1992. À la différence d'une communication au titre de l'article 19, paragraphe 3, une communication "Carlsberg" est neutre et ne donne aucune d'indication sur la position de la Commission. Dans le cas des fusions, la Commission est tenue de publier le fait de la notification, en indiquant le nom des parties, la nature de l'opération de concentration ainsi que le secteur économique concerné.
