- Nóta The FLEGT Action Plan has led to two key pieces of legislation:- Council Regulation (EC) No 2173/2005, allowing for the control of the entry of timber to the EU from countries entering into bilateral FLEGT Voluntary Partnership Agreements (VPA) with the EU;- Regulation (EU) No 995/2010, as an overarching measure to prohibit placing of illegal timber and timber products on the internal market.
