- Nóta The EUTL shall record a minimum deposited quantity for each Member State. In the case of Member States with KP registries, the EUTL will prevent transfers of Kyoto units from their ETS AAU deposit account that would result in Kyoto unit holdings on the ETS AAU deposit account that are below the minimum deposited quantity.
