- Nóta Die Beendigung der Schwangerschaft deckt die verschiedenen Verfahren ab, die zur Ausstoßung der aus der Empfängnis stammenden Frucht führen. Hierunter fällt jede Abtreibung, die ohne vorherige Zustimmung des Opfers nach vollständiger erfolgter Aufklärung vorgenommen wird. Die Zwangsabtreibung ist eine Form von schädlicher Praktik, die in der Regel an jugendlichen Mädchen und Frauen ausgeführt wird, die sich in einer Situation ausgeprägter Gefährdung und Marginalisierung befinden. Diese Mädchen und Frauen stoßen u. U. auf starke Barrieren, wenn sie ihr Recht auf freie Entscheidung in Fragen, die ihr Leben betreffen, geltend machen wollen, einschließlich des Rechts, Beziehungen einzugehen und zu entscheiden, ob, wann und mit wem sie eine Familie gründen möchten.

- Nóta The termination of pregnancy covers any of the various procedures that result in the expulsion of all the products of conception. This covers any abortion that is performed without a fully informed decision taken by the victim. It is a form of harmful practice usually performed on adolescent girls and women who are in a situation of pronounced vulnerability or marginalisation. These girls and women may encounter significant barriers to realising their rights to decide freely on matters affecting their lives, including the right to establish relationships and to decide whether, when, and with whom to have a family.

- Nóta La fin de la grossesse peut résulter de l’une quelconque des diverses procédures provoquant l’expulsion du produit de la conception. Ce cas de figure couvre tous les avortements réalisés sans que la victime ait pris une décision, en toute connaissance de cause. Il s'agit d'une forme de pratique dommageable généralement pratiquée sur des adolescentes et des femmes en situation de grande vulnérabilité ou marginalisation. Ces filles et femmes peuvent se trouver confrontées à des obstacles de taille pour réaliser leurs droits et prendre librement des décisions affectant leur vie, y compris le droit d'établir des relations et de décider de fonder une famille, du moment opportun pour le faire et des personnes avec qui le faire.
