- Nóta "Article 33(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products (as amended) provides that operational programmes in the fruit and vegetables sector must have at least two of a list of objectives, one of which is ‘crisis prevention and management, including providing coaching to other producer organisations, associations of producer organisations, producer groups or individual producers’. Article 33(3) provides that such crisis prevention and management must be related to avoiding and dealing with crises on the fruit and vegetable markets and must cover specified items, one of which is 'coaching to other producer organisations, associations of producer organisations, producer groups or individual producers'."
