    San Ordú seo, aon tagairt d’alt nó d’fho-alt is tagairt í don alt sin nó don fho-alt sin san Acht mura gcuirtear in iúl gur tagairt d’achtachán éigin eile atá beartaithe.

    In this Order, a reference to a section or subsection is to that section or subsection in the Act unless it is indicated that reference to some other enactment is intended.

    Is é teideal a chuirfear ar iarratas ar chead faoi fho-alt (1) nó fo-alt (2) d’alt 184 ná maidir leis an gcuideachta ar i ndáil léi a bheidh an t-iarratasóir ciontaithe nó ciontach sa chion nó san iompar a luaitear i gceachtar de na fo-ailt sin agus maidir le hAchtanna na gCuideachtaí, 1963 go 1983.

    An application for leave under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 184 shall be entitled in the matter of the company in relation to which the applicant was convicted or was guilty of such an offence or such conduct as is mentioned in either of the said sub-sections and in the matter of the Companies Acts 1963 to 1983.

    Más rud é go mbeidh na daoine go léir a bheidh i dteideal deonú faoi na forálacha sin roimhe seo den ordachán seo glanta as, féadfar deonú a thabhairt do chreidiúnaí de chuid an éagaigh, nó, faoi réir fho-riail (8) (b) den riail seo, d’ionadaí pearsanta creidiúnaí.

    If all persons entitled to a grant under the foregoing provisions of this direction shall have been cleared off, a grant may be made to a creditor of the deceased, or, subject to sub-rule (8) (b) hereof, the personal representative of a creditor.
