Is é is éifeacht don Ionstraim seo a dhearbhú go measfar gur ceadúnais fartha bóthair srianta ceadúnas a dheonóidh an tAire Iompair d'iompróirí de chuid Ríocht na Danmhairge agus a eiseoidh údarás inniúil de chuid Ríocht na Danmhairge faoin gComhaontú um Iompar ar Bhóithre dar dáta an 26 Feabhra, 1981, idir Éire agus Ríocht na Danmhairge.
The effect of this Instrument is to declare that permits granted to Danish carriers by the Minister for Transport and issued by the competent authority of the Kingdom of Denmark under the Road Transport Agreement of 26th February, 1981 between Ireland and the Kingdom of Denmark shall be deemed to be restricted road freight licences.
