Ciallaíonn “meáchan ualaithe incheadaithe” meáchan uasta feithicle ualaithe, gan criú ná paisinéirí, a ndearbhóidh údarás inniúil an Stáit ina bhfuil an fheithicil cláraithe ina leith go bhfuil sé incheadaithe.
"Permissible laden weight" means the maximum weight of a laden vehicle, without crew and passengers, declared permissible by the competent authority of the State in which the vehicle is registered.
