    The manufacturer of a tractor approved under Regulation 5 of these Regulations shall cause it to be fitted with a roll-over protection structure which satisfies the relevant provisions of either the Directive referred to at reference number 11 of Schedule 1 to these Regulations or the Directive referred to at reference number 17 of that Schedule.
