- Definition Wirkstoffe und Zubereitungen, die einen oder mehrere Wirkstoffe enthalten, in der Form, in welcher sie an den Anwender geliefert werden, und die dazu bestimmt sind, 1) Pflanzen und Pflanzenerzeugnisse vor Schadorganismen zu schützen oder ihrer Einwirkung vorzubeugen, insoweit diese Stoffe oder Zubereitungen im Folgenden nicht anders definiert werden 2) in einer anderen Weise als ein Nährstoff die Lebensvorgänge von Pflanzen zu beeinflussen (z. B.
