- Nóta L’entreprise commune «Une Europe fondée sur la bioéconomie circulaire» n’est pas une extension directe de l’entreprise commune Bio-industries, mais plutôt un programme qui s’appuie sur les réalisations de l’initiative antérieure et remédie à ses lacunes. Elle associe un plus grand nombre de parties prenantes, notamment le secteur primaire (à savoir l’agriculture, l’aquaculture, la pêche et la sylviculture), ainsi que les fournisseurs de déchets, de résidus et de flux secondaires, les autorités régionales et les investisseurs, afin d’éviter les défaillances du marché et les processus biosourcés non durables.
