    Comment Il existe deux régimes de perfectionnement actif :- le "perfectionnement actif suspension", qui permet d'importer, en suspension de droits de douane, de TVA et des mesures de politique commerciale, des marchandises afin de les transformer ou de les réparer. Ce régime suppose une intention concrète de réexporter les produits transformés; et - le "perfectionnement actif rembours", qui permet le remboursement des droits sur les marchandises importées (acquittés dès leur placement sous le régime) lors de la réexportation effective des produits compensateurs.
