- Nóta La stratégie et le plan d'action ont été lancés en mai 2019. Les mesures prises dans leur cadre seront conformes aux normes du droit international des droits de l’homme, notamment le droit à la liberté d’opinion et d’expression, et auront un objectif double : - Aider le système des Nations Unies à s’attaquer aux causes profondes et aux éléments moteurs des discours de haine ; - Aider le système des Nations Unies à répondre efficacement aux conséquences sociétales des discours de haine.
