Cóip statach de shonraí a easpórtáiltear ó IATE ó am go chéile atá sa chnuasach seo. Níor cheart glacadh leis gurb ionann i gcónaí an t-eolas a thugtar faoi iontráil anseo agus a bhfuil sa leagan reatha den iontráil ar IATE. Is féidir an leagan reatha sin a cheadú ach cliceáil ar an nasc atá ar thaobh na láimhe deise ag barr gach iontrála. Breis eolais »

Sainmhíniú tagging technique in molecular biology in which DNA Polymerase I is used to replace some of the nucleotides of a DNA sequence with their labeled analogues, creating a tagged DNA sequence which can be used as a probe in fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) or blotting techniques as well as for radiolabeling Tagairt "Wikipedia > Nick translation (24.3.2021)"
Nóta Nick translation was the first method devised for the in vitro labeling of DNA. During the reaction the DNA to be labeled is nicked by DNase I yielding a free 3′ hydroxyl end. DNA polymerase I then adds a new nucleotide to this end. The 5′–3′ exonuclease activity of the polymerase then moves the “nick” along the strand in the 3′ direction.
