Abschnitt der VO 343/2003 benutzt, führt zu Verwechselungen mit dem deutschen Begriff für „acceuil“, der in der RL 2003/9 verwendet wurde. Die deutschen Versionen dieser Gesetzgebung benutzen jedes Mal „Ausnahme“. Zur besseren Unterscheidung sollte man anstatt „Aufnahme“ im Sinne der VO 343/2003 „Übernahme“ verwenden, da dieser Begriff deutlich macht, dass der Ausländer von einem Staat übernommen wird, der diesen Ausländer bereits aufgenommen hatte. . //FR: Le terme allemand équivalent du terme français "prise en charge" employé dans le titre V du règlement no 343/2003 se confond avec le terme allemand équivalent du terme "accueil" employé par la directive 2003/9, les versions allemandes utilisant dans les deux textes le même mot ("Aufnahme").
