    Nóta 1) Radiant tube burners are used in specific heating processes where combustion products cannot come in contact with the load or material. Radiant tube burners are an indirect heating burner in so far as the heat is transferred without any direct flame or combustion exhaust.2) For I-type, U-type, and W-type radiant tubes, the burners are placed at one end and the flue gas outlet is at the other end. At an one-sided, sealed radiant tube without recirculation, an inner tube will be implemented into an I-type tube and the opposite end will be blocked. The burner will be implemented into the inner tube and the flue gas goes first through the inner tube and flows back in the annulus between the inner tube and radiant tube. Non recirculating radiant tubes like the U-type and W-type tubes are mostly used in the American market. In the European market single ended radiant tubes (SER) in combination with auto recuperative burners are the most used types.
