- Nóta Ceanglaítear leis an Treoir PIF go nglacfaidh na Ballstáit na bearta is gá chun a áirithiú go gcuideofar le déanamh aon cheann de na cionta coiriúla a áirítear sa ‘Treoir PIF’, in Airteagal 3 (Calaois a dhéanann difear do leasanna airgeadais an Aontais) agus in Airteagal 4 (Cionta coiriúla eile a dhéanann difear do leasanna airgeadais an Aontais). Tá leasanna airgeadais an Aontais) inphionóis mar chionta coiriúla ('Treoir PIF', Airteagal 5(1)).

- Nóta Gemäß der Richtlinie über den Schutz der finanziellen Interessen der Union haben die Mitgliedstaaten die erforderlichen Maßnahmen zu treffen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Beihilfe zu den in der PIF-Richtlinie Artikel 3 (Betrug zum Nachteil der finanziellen Interessen der Union) und 4 (Andere gegen die finanziellen Interessen der Union gerichtete Straftaten) genannten Straftaten eine Straftat darstellt („PIF-Richtlinie“, Artikel 5 Absatz 1).

- Nóta The PIF Directive’ requires that Member States take the necessary measures to ensure that aiding the commission of any of the criminal offences included in the ‘PIF Directive’, Articles 3 (Fraud affecting the Union’s financial interests) and 4 (Other criminal offences affecting the Union’s financial interests) are punishable as criminal offences (‘PIF Directive’, Article 5(1)).
