Definition Anteil geimpfter Personen an der Gesamtbevölkerung oder innerhalb einer Personengruppe Reference "Duden > Impfquote (12.10.2021)"

Definition proportion of a population group that has been vaccinated against a disease Reference "COM-EN and COM-Terminology Coordination, based on: Crocker-Buque, T. et al., 'Interventions to reduce inequalities in vaccine uptake in children and adolescents aged >19> a systematic review' (29.10.2021), Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, 2017, 71(1): 87–97"
Comment The terms ‘uptake’ and ‘coverage’ are sometimes used inconsistently in the literature. In contexts where there is a need to differentiate between the two, ‘uptake’ refers to the proportion of the eligible population who received a vaccine during a specific time period (vaccination activity over time) and ‘coverage’ designates the proportion of an eligible population that is vaccinated, regardless of when they received the vaccine (expressing the resulting protection among a population).
couverture vaccinale | taux de couverture vaccinale
    fr
