- Nóta Die CBAM-Erklärung muss folgende Angaben enthalten:a) Gesamtmenge jeder in dem der Erklärung vorausgehenden Kalenderjahr eingeführten Warenart in Megawattstunden bei Strom und in Tonnen bei anderen Waren;b) gesamte graue Emissionen in Tonnen CO2e-Emissionen pro Megawattstunde Strom oder, bei anderen Waren, in Tonnen CO2e-Emissionen pro Tonne jeder Warenart, berechnet gemäß Artikel 7;c) die Gesamtzahl der den grauen Gesamtemissionen entsprechenden CBAM-Zertifikate, die abgegeben werden müssen, nach Minderung aufgrund des in einem Ursprungsland gezahlten CO2-Preises gemäß Artikel 9 und nach der erforderlichen Anpassung hinsichtlich des Umfangs, in dem EU-EHS-Zertifikate gemäß Artikel 31 kostenlos zugeteilt werden.
