- Nóta Im Rahmen der grenzüberschreitenden Ermittlungen ist die Einhaltung spezifischer, vom betrauten Delegierten Europäischen Staatsanwalt ausdrücklich angegebener Formalitäten und Verfahren zu gewährleisten, es sei denn, diese sind nicht mit den Grundprinzipien des nationalen Rechts des Mitgliedstaats des unterstützenden Delegierten Europäischen Staatsanwalts vereinbar.

- Nóta In the context of cross-border investigations, compliance with specific formalities and procedures expressly indicated by the handling European Delegated Prosecutor will be ensured unless these are not compatible with the fundamental principles of the national law of the Member State of the assisting European Delegated Prosecutor.
