I bhfeidhmiú na gcumhachtaí a thugtar dóibh le halt 9 den Acht Ráthaíocht Stáit, 1954 (Uimh. 9 de 1954), déanann an Rialtas leis seo an t-ordú seo a leanas, ar leagadh dréacht de, de bhun an ailt sin, os comhair dhá Theach an Oireachtais agus ar rith an dá Theach sin rún ag ceadú an dréachta.
The Government in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following order with respect to which, pursuant to that section, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House.
