    Nóta Alors que les cigarettes classiques brûlent le tabac à plus de 600 °C, les dispositifs en question le chauffent à 350 °C à l’aide d’un système alimenté par une batterie. Cela permet d’obtenir de la nicotine sous forme d’aérosol (qui contient un mélange de vapeur et de fumée) aspiré grâce à un embout buccal.
