- Nóta The Commission makes these technical adjustments on the basis of a fixed deflator of 2 % a year. The results of the technical adjustments and the underlying economic forecasts are communicated to the Council and the European Parliament. No further technical adjustments are made in respect of the year concerned, either during the year or as ex-post corrections during subsequent years.

- Nóta Chaque année, la Commission procède à l'ajustement technique du cadre financier et soumet aux deux branches de l'autorité budgétaire toute proposition d'adaptation du montant total des crédits pour paiements qu'elle juge nécessaire, compte tenu des conditions d'exécution (voir "adaptation liée aux conditions d'exécution" IATE:852985 )
