- Sainmhíniú any goods to be moved or used: (a) in activities arranged by or under the control of the relevant military authorities of one or more Member State(s) or of a third country with which one or more Member State(s) has (have) concluded an agreement to carry out military activities within the customs territory of the Union; or (b) in the context of any military activities undertaken: – under the Common Security and Defence Policy of the European Union (CSDP); or – under the North Atlantic Treaty, signed in Washington D.C. on 4 April 1949 Tagairt COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) …/... amending and correcting Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards detailed rules concerning certain provisions of the Union Customs Code, and amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/341 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 as regards transitional rules for certain provisions of the Union Customs Code where the relevant electronic systems are not yet operational (29.1.2020)
