    Nóta Il s'agit non pas d'une structure mais d'un dispositif de coopération renforcée au niveau de l'UE visant à appréhender une situation de crise de manière intégrée (connaissance et analyse intégrées de la situation (ISAA)), c'est-à-dire sous ses différents aspects sectoriels, et à y apporter une réponse coordonnée.
