Nóta "The Annual Solidarity Pool will consist of the following types of solidarity measures, which will be considered of equal value:(a) relocation of applicants for international protection, or of beneficiaries of international protection in specific circumstances(b) financial contributions(c) alternative solidarity measures.--------A potential solidarity contribution that has been offered by a Member State should the need arise is known as a solidarity pledge / pledged contribution.--------‘Migratory pressure’ here covers situations where there is a large number of arrivals of third-country nationals or stateless persons or a risk of such arrivals, including where such arrivals stem from recurring disembarkations following search and rescue operations, or from unauthorised movements of third-country nationals or stateless persons between the Member States."

Nóta The act aims to achieve the following objectives:- to strengthen common EU detection and situational awareness of cyber threats and incidents, and thus contribute to European technological sovereignty in the area of cybersecurity; - to reinforce preparedness of critical entities across the EU and strengthen solidarity by developing common response capacities against significant or large-scale cybersecurity incidents, including by making incident response support available for third countries. associated to the Digital Europe Programme;- to enhance EU resilience and contribute to effective response by reviewing and assessing significant or large-scale incidents, including drawing upon lessons learned and, where appropriate, recommendations.
