    Nóta Le tourisme de bien-être est un concept à ne pas confondre avec le tourisme médical ou de santé. Il s’agit de maintenir de façon proactive sa santé en voyage. Il existe deux types de voyageurs de bien-être, que l’on distingue selon leurs intentions. Alors que celui dit «primaire» considère le bien-être comme la motivation principale du choix de sa destination et des activités, le voyageur «secondaire» cherche seulement à inclure quelques activités de bien-être au cours de son séjour.
