    Comment l’originalité de JASMINE est d’associer plusieurs institutions de l’Union Européenne (Commission, BEI, Parlement) ainsi que des banques publiques et privées, le réseau EUROFI (groupe de réflexion dédié aux services financiers et bancaires européens) et des donateurs. Le projet débutera au début de l’année 2009 par une phase pilote qui devrait durer trois ans. Le capital de départ de l'ensemble du projet est d'environ 50 millions d’euros.
