- Nóta It was compulsory in the sense that the financial perspective ceilings had to be respected in the annual budgetary procedure. Les perspectives financières 2000-2006 établissent, pour chacune des années et pour chaque rubrique ou sous-rubrique, des montants de dépenses en crédits pour engagements.
