Aon ghliomach, ar lú a bhlaosc ná 85 mhilliméadar ar a fhad nuair a thomhaistear é ó chúl ceachtar súileog go dtí cúl an bhlaoisc (feadh líne comhthreomhar le lárlíne an choirp), beidh sé, chun críocha Chaibidil III de Chuid XIII den Acht Iascaigh (Comhdhlúthú), 1959 (Uimh. 14 de 1959), róbheag.
Any lobster, the body-shell of which is less than 85 millimetres in length when measured from the rear of either eye-socket to the rear of the body-shell (along a line parallel to the centreline of the body) shall, for the purposes of Chapter III of Part XIII of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959), be undersized.
