    Nóta L'autorité compétente peut délivrer l'agrément prévu par le règlement (UE) 2016/429, pour un groupe d'établissements aquacoles pour autant que les établissements aquacoles concernés répondent à au moins l'une des conditions suivantes: a) ils sont situés dans une zone en lien épidémiologique et tous les opérateurs de cette zone exercent leurs activités dans le cadre d'un système de biosécurité commun; cependant, tout établissement terrestre ou flottant, réservé à la réception, à la finition, au lavage, au nettoyage, au calibrage, au conditionnement et à l'emballage des mollusques bivalves vivants destinés à la consommation humaine (ce que l'on appelle un «centre d'expédition»), établissement disposant de bassins alimentés en eau de mer propre, dans lesquels les mollusques bivalves vivants sont placés pendant toute la durée nécessaire à l'élimination des contaminants microbiologiques pour réduire la contamination afin de les rendre propres à la consommation humaine (ce que l'on appelle un «centre de purification») et établissement similaire implanté dans une zone en lien épidémiologique doit obtenir un agrément individuel; b) ils relèvent de la responsabilité du même opérateur; et i) exercent dans le cadre d'un système de biosécurité commun; et ii) les animaux d'aquaculture des établissements concernés font partie de la même unité épidémiologique.
