    Comment "Pépinières d'entreprise, couveuses, incubateurs, accélérateurs... La différence est parfois tenue entre toutes ces structures qui font à la fois de l'hébergement et de l'accompagnement. Chacune pourtant accueille les créateurs à des étapes d'avancement différentes. Chronologiquement, la couveuse est la première porte à laquelle un créateur peut frapper puisque ces structures permettent de tester une activité avant qu'elle ne soit juridiquement créée. Second maillon de la chaîne : les incubateurs. Ils accueillent les entreprises nouvellement créées et les accompagnent dans leur lancement. Même si on retrouve des missions similaires aux incubateurs, les accélérateurs se différencient par un mentorat fort et la présence d'entrepreneurs ou de business angels. Ils accueillent principalement start-up technologiques orientées web et mobile, désireuses de lever rapidement des fonds. Les pépinières, enfin, hébergent plutôt des sociétés en phase de développement qui ont dépassé les étapes de projet.
