    Nóta These rights are differently regulated across diverse countries. In some countries, for example, gay men can have children with a surrogate mother, in others not. Similarly, in some countries women can have abortions within certain constraints, in others not. The use of the word ‘rights’ has come to signify a claim to an unalienable entitlement.
