    Nóta "Das neue Bundesverwaltungsgericht wird den Asylgerichtshof, das Bundesvergabeamt und eine Reihe anderer unabhängiger Bundesbehörden ersetzen und die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Beschwerden gegen Behördenentscheidungen in Angelegenheiten der unmittelbaren Bundesverwaltung sein. Die einzige Ausnahme ist der Zuständigkeitsbereich des Bundesfinanzgerichts [ IATE:3552115 ]. Kern der im Mai 2012 im Nationalrat einstimmig eingeleiteten Reform der Verwaltungsgerichtsbarkeit ist, dass die Verwaltung künftig durchgehend von Gerichten kontrolliert wird, und Berufungsverfahren somit nicht mehr innerhalb der Behörden stattfinden. Dafür entstehen neun Landesverwaltungsgerichte sowie ein Bundesverwaltungsgericht und das Bundesfinanzgericht. Artikel 129: Für jedes Land besteht ein Verwaltungsgericht des Landes.
