    Comment Cette méthode est différente du calcul «sur la substance anhydre».Ne pas confondre avec «sur la matière sèche», qui qualifie une méthode de calcul similaire appliquée non pas à une substance mais à une matière. Une substance pure est une forme de matière qui a une composition chimique fixe et une caractéristique distincte.
