- Nóta Konzept und Praxis partizipativer Gender-Audits wurden 2001 von der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation (IAO) geprägt. Ursprünglich wurden sie zur Umsetzung der internen Gender-Mainstreaming-Politik der IAO entwickelt. Zur Verbreitung der Praxis steht ein Handbuch zur Verfügung.
