    Comment Théoriquement, la pension de survie est la pension versée aux ayants droit (conjoint, enfants, ...) d'un assuré décédé. Dans le cadre du Statut des fonctionnaires européens, le terme est réservé au conjoint survivant. S'il n'y a pas de conjoint survivant, mais qu'il y a des enfants, on parle de "pension d'orphelin" [IATE:841549 ].
