Lancé en 1998, le Protocole des GES a pour mission d’élaborer des normes et des outils de comptabilisation et de déclaration des GES acceptés au niveau international, et de promouvoir leur adoption afin de parvenir à une économie mondiale à faible intensité d’émissions.
