The chairman shall have power to admit or reject a proof for the purpose of voting, but his decision shall be subject to appeal to the Court.
Ní mhéadófar cruthú aon chreidiúnaí den sórt sin i gcás gur lú an tsuim a réadóidh an t-urrús ná an luach a bheidh measta aige amhlaidh a bheith ar an gcéanna, mura deimhin leis an gCúirt go mbeifear tar éis dearmad bona fide, éigin a dhéanamh tráth luachála an urrúis.
The proof of any such creditor shall not be increased in the event of the security realising a less sum than the value at which he has so assesseed the same unless the Court is satisfied that some bona fide mistake was made when the security was valued.
