- Comment Die F&E-Dienstleistungen können z.B. Folgendes umfassen: Lösungserkundung und -entwurf sowie Prototypentwicklung bis hin zur begrenzten Neuentwicklung erster Produkte und Dienstleistungen in Form einer Erprobungsserie. Vorkommerzielle Aufträge dienen als eine Vorbereitung, durch die öffentliche Auftraggeber in die Lage versetzt werden, die technologischen FuE-Risiken potenzieller alternativer Lösungen auszufiltern, bevor sie sich für eine groß angelegte kommerzielle Einführung entscheiden.
