    Comment Après avoir prononcé l’union des époux, l’officier de l’état civil doit en dresser acte sur-le-champ (art. 75 in fine code civil). La célébration du mariage et le nom du conjoint doivent être mentionnés en marge de l’acte de naissance de chaque époux (art. 76 code civil) pour conjurer autant que possible le risque de bigamie. L’acte de mariage doit comporter plusieurs mentions (voir art. 76 code civil). La sanction d’éventuelles irrégularités n’est pas la nullité du mariage, mais ces irrégularités, outre l’amende encoure par l’officier de l’état civil, risquent d’entraîner des difficultés de preuve [«Droit de la famille 2008/2009», Dalloz, nov. 2007, ISBN 978-2-247-05246-2, p. 112-113].

    Comment Die Geburt eines Kindes muss dem Standesamt, in dessen Zuständigkeitsbereich es geboren ist, binnen einer Woche angezeigt werden. Zur Anzeige verpflichtet sind u.a. die Eltern und das Krankenhaus, in dem das Kind geboren wurde. Der zuständige Standesbeamte burkundet die Geburt anschließend im Geburtenregister. / La naissance d'un enfant doit être déclaré auprès du bureau d'état civil dans les sept jours qui suivent l'accouchement. Sont notamment obligés à faire cette déclaration les père et mère ainsi que l'hôpital où l'accouchement a eu lieu. Ensuite, l'officier de l'état civil enregistre la naissance dans le registre des naissances.
