- Nóta "Form A/B may also be used where companies wish to obtain a negative clearance with regard to the prohibition to abuse a dominant position under Article 82 of the EC Treaty. Form A/B is annexed to Commission Regulation No 3385/94/EC on formalities of applications and notifications provided for in Regulation No 17 [ CELEX:31994R3385/EN ] and explains in detail how applications and notifications of agreements must be submitted, what information has to be given and what supporting documentation must be provided to the Commission.See also ""notification"" [IATE:1899642 ]."

- Sainmhíniú Formulaire que les entreprises sont tenues d'utiliser pour introduire une demande d'attestation négative auprès de la Commission ou lui notifier un accord restrictif pour lequel elles souhaitent obtenir une exemption (exemption individuelle). Le formulaire A/B peut également être utilisé lorsque des entreprises souhaitent obtenir une attestation négative concernant l'interdiction d'exploiter de façon abusive une position dominante prévue à l'article 82 du traité CE. Ce formulaire est annexé au règlement (CE) n° 3385/94 de la Commission concernant la forme, la teneur et les autres modalités des demandes et notifications présentées en application du règlement n° 17 du Conseil (JO L 377 du 31.12.1994). Il explique en détail la manière dont les demandes et les notifications d'accord doivent être présentées ainsi que les informations et les documents qui doivent être fournis à la Commission.
