Déanfaidh údarás tithíochta taifead scríofa a choimeád d'iasachtaí a dhéanann siad faoi alt 39 d'Acht 1966 agus cuirfidh siad isteach ann na sonraí seo a leanas maidir le gach iasacht.
A housing authority shall keep a written record of loans made by them under section 39 of the Act of 1966 and shall enter therein the following particulars in regard to each loan.
