    Nóta "Bis zum 31.12.2004 benötigte ein Ausländer, der in Deutschland eine unselbständige Erwerbstätigkeit ausüben wollte, hierfür eine Arbeitsgenehmigung (§ 284 SGB III in der bis 31.12.2004 geltenden Fassung).
